50 Jumping Jacks
50 Mountain Climbers – both legs = 1 rep (Demo)
50 Superman’s (Demo)
Will add my thoughts after I complete it.
This looks tough. 50 seems big, but remember tomorrow is rest day. So go big or go home. WE GOT THIS!
