1st Monday WOD

Well here is the first official workout.

Warm-up:
Run/Walk 10 minutes

Workout:
10 Minutes –  As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)
20 Jumping Jacks
5 Push Ups
10 Squat Jumps

 

My journey:

This read a lot easier than it felt. Having been out of shape for so long, it was like a physical crash course and I was feeling grateful for being able to breathe when it was all said and done. I personally got through 6 rounds…barely.

 

Your Journey:

So your turn. Push yourself.

Don’t take the easy way out. If you’re not sweating you ain’t working!

Doesn’t matter how many you actually do…one rep…12 reps, as long as it is as many as YOU CAN do.
